We had a fantastic time! The breakfast was a highlight, especially the chef's personal omelettes and the delectable chocolate-filled donuts. The pool area was nice, and we enjoyed relaxing there. The views from our room were stunning, making our stay feel special even if the room was not as expected from the pics. I'd definitely return for another wonderful experience.

We enjoyed the good breakfast, especially the surprise of champagne offered. The first-floor room provided a peaceful stay with no disturbance from the ongoing pool renovations.

The staff were surprisingly friendly, especially Ivan at check-in, who went out of his way to help with my requests. I ordered a meal and while it wasn’t what I expected, they quickly replaced it without question. was refreshing to see that level of service, you know?

We had a wonderful three-night stay in a family room. The pool area was perfect for kids, and we really enjoyed the daily entertainment. Make sure to reserve dinner at the onsite restaurants for a fantastic experience, though breakfast can get crowded, so try to go early!

Unfortunately, dining options felt quite limited, particularly at breakfast and dinner, with food quality sometimes lacking, often served cold, and lacking variety. I ran into issues with the air conditioning in my room, which remained uncomfortably hot during my entire stay, with cleaning not meeting expectations. the floors were frequently dusty, and bathroom cleanliness appeared questionable. Additionally, the lifts were slow, adding irritations to navigating the hotel, especially during busier times. I found it inconvenient that drinks weren’t included in dinners for half-board guests while breakfast included some beverages. Some facilities weren’t operational, and I encountered unhelpful communication regarding them during my stay.
